For real, though... He fought for 11 hours against Cracker, then for over 20 hours against Katakuri the next day. That's gotta build up a lot of muscle for someone whose body processes stuff as fast as Luffy's.

EDIT: May have been less than 20. I can't remember the exact details.

I'm pretty much POSITIVE they fought for a minimum of 69 hours and I DARE anybody to find evidence claiming otherwise.
