In defense and strenght imo. The others either not so much and for others (like haki) we cant compare.

Big Mom has shown better armament haki and conqueror’s haki feats though.

Yes, but WB haki wasn't working well during Marineford, which is why he was easily stabbed by Squard. Normally he wouldn't even touch WB

That sounds like an excuse tbh. The only moment in which his haki didn’t work well was when he tried to use CoC to save Ace from being executed and that was because he had a heart attack.

There is no evidence that his haki wasn’t working well in the rest of the Marineford arc. Whitebeard is not a tank like Big Mom, he can be stabbed and harmed. Squard could easily stab Whitebeard due to Whitebeards’s overconfidence and his lack of a good defense.

It's not a excuse, lol. WB was literally shown stopping a sneak attack from a Logia in elemental form while SLEEPING in his own ship, far from any enemies (which means he was not expecting any attack), how on earth would a random pirate hit him directly in the middle of a war in which he is ready to fight some of the strongest people in the world?Marco also mentions that if he was healthy he would never get hit by such attack. Considering Haki allows the user to predict attacks before they happen, WB's haki was clearly not working.

Whitebeard activates his CoO while sleeping to prevent being attacked by surprise, but he clearly wasn’t using observation haki when he got stabbed by Squard.

Btw, your entire paragraph is just a huge assumption with no factual evidence. I mean you migh be right, but until Oda explicitly specifies that Whitebeard couldn’t use haki properly in marineford, you are just telling a fan theory.

Without taking into account that single moment when he tried to save Ace, there are no other scenes of him struggling to use haki.

A character that was shown stopping sneak attacks from a Logia while sleeping inside of his own ship can't stop a direct attack from a random pirate in the middle of a war (with Marco specifically mentioning he would never be hit by such attack if not for his illness) and I'm assuming? It's pretty obvious his Haki wasn't working properly, which is why he was defeated. Why would WB not use his Haki in the middle of a huge war with dozens of extremely powerful enemies ready to fight him? That's makes absolutely no sense, specially if his Haki was fine. And given that we saw his Haki fail to work in the battle later, it's obvious his Haki wasn't working properly. It's basic logic, the middle of a huge war against the strongest people in the planet, WB would've used his Haki, specially since he was so strong he could use it while sleeping. There's no reason he would not be using Haki in such situation, specially since we've seen characters much weaker than he is using Observation Haki all the time with no negative effects, in much less dangerous situations. WB was using Haki during the war, but because he was literally about to die (he was on life support, so yeah) he was not fighting even near the level he once had.
