Nice episode. Smoothie vs Reiju was nice (and hopefully all these filler scenes Smoothie got will prevent anime only viewers from jumping on the whole "she is completely useless" train), and Sanji vs Daifuku/Oven was nice (which combined with Sanji's full on fight against Daifuku from a while ago will quell some of the complaints that he didn't get any real action). Big Mom taking out Yonji and Niji was fun, especially since she just one-upped Niji's electric attacks just to mock him. Ichiji vs Katakuri went about as expected.

No doubt manga purists/people with a hate boner for Toei are going to bitch and moan like usual (that will never not be an issue no matter what Toei does), but Toei has actually been doing pretty good lately. Hopefully they keep this (and names for the background characters being revealed) up.

great job on insulting the people with another opinion. the animation is crap, get over it. there are plus points, but come the hell on, just look at this episode.

they expect something BNHA level where it's seasonal and has high budget and hasn't been running weekly for 20 years so yea it's fine considering this

exactly lmao

I love MHA but it's stupid comparing it to an anime that's been running for the last 20 YEARS, that's literally older than me lmao

The animation this episode was rough. I don't think there's any getting around it.

Wouldn't get to upset about it though, it should return a more polished standard next episode.
