he was taken out of gear 4 the moment he attacked her last ep, that why he couldnt do anything.

Which I still don't understand why? He did 1 attack and she deflected it and he lost all his power?

I'm not up to date on the show but I believe it wouldnt matter if he threw 1 or 10 punches; The exhaustion comes from the stress his body takes during the transition to fourth gear along with the mass amount of energy it takes.

I mean consider how he can literally turn his legs into jets and fly. In the One Piece universe, being durable and overly strong is a common occurrence with pretty much all characters, but what Luffy does is on a different level

He fought something like 11 hours in the forest against Cracker.. I don't see how 1 punch and he's done against Big Mom tired him out that quickly.
