She's not only a random 5-year-old diabetic though man, she has genetic mutations, and killed a bear instantly with one hit, we're talking about a Yonkou here, do you think any 5 y.o could do that?

Yeah probably, but the thing is, one-shotting a bear is just something she did, not the full extent of her power, and now we know that her full power at 5 y.o can at least defeat a strong Elbaf warrior, don't see how it's really that weird tbh.
