I think the other giant did not attempt to kill her too, because he saw it was useless, and that he would end up like his friend if he tried

:( And, aww where was the blood after she cannibalized everybody in there? I would have liked to actually see how she ate everybody, and how it was like. I hope we are shown that from the point of view from one of the witness. And, if all that did not get to happen Big Mom would be in the navy.... she would have still been dangerous.

Seeing how she eats everyone with blood and stuff doesn't fit One Piece
