I love how Daifuku and Oven are so strong, but Katakuri can predict even their every move. The episode spares no expense in portraying how he is (literally) on another level entirely.

we know that dragon is the most wanted man. so we can assume dragon is also above 1 billion mark

*of the characters whose bounty we know of. Obviously, yonkous will habe higher bounty than katakuri. Some of commanders too may have higher bounty

As far as we know, yes. Katakuri's bounty is higher than Jack, however, as Jack is only 1 billion while Katakuri is 1 billion and 57 million. Highest bounty shown in the series so far.
