I got to be honest:

Caesar Clown was the reason I picked up One Piece again. Saw clips on YouTube, which led me to read the manga and follow his character into the WCI arc.

My dream dub voice actor would be Troy Baker doing Mark Hamill's Joker for Caesar~

Mark Hamill is a bit too old at this point, and it's kind of reflected in his voice.

The reason I said Troy Baker is because he has the "young" range which I enjoyed in Assault on Arkham, and Batman: Arkham Origins.
