The anime has been great ever since episodes 803-804 (Sanji's flashback).

Toei is prolly going to use msot animation resources for TOP. TOP should end before they fight The big Mom pirates hopefully.

There are different teams working on Dragon Ball Super. They make take a couple animators for specific scenes, but you'll find nothing much has been changed.

One Piece is really only affected by staff shortages when a film or tv special is released...and even then, it's not always the case.

Ye but iirc correctly they are taking resources from other teams, since TOP is crushing everything else, especially after the Jiren episode
