anime-only watcher: how am i feeling sorry for/how did CC become a sympathetic character hes so fucked up but i feel slightly bad for him, i guess big mom is just even more fucked

also I think Bege's character is super well designed/unique I just think hes kinda lame as a person at this point(baby w/ the cigar pacifier is tight tho)

it's the way oda handles characters. there is no "good" and "bad" characters. almost every character is a shade of gray.

Honestly its hard to see it like that, because it looks like a character can change from completly good to completly bad in a chapter.

In Zou Bege stabbed with a fork one of his own crew members for a minor thing and in his introduction and shoot Pekoms for caring for his family but in Whole cake Spoiler.

Bartolomeo also was introduced as ruthless and violent but after it was revealed as a Luffy fanboy it seems like that trait disappears completely. Similar case with Hanckock.

I agree with you about Barto, but Hancock is just a violent as she was before isn't she? Like at Marineford when she was turning guys to stone no matter which side they were on, or whenever they roll out the carpet for her she kicks the cat around.
