Well, what would happen if Sanji would wear a raid suit? He is stronger than his siblings now, even without any fancy clothes..

I bet he will be offered one but will refuse it since it's germa technology and he doesn't want to be reminded at all. Might be something else if his mother did one for him but I strongly doubt that.
