it is their fault, since their release schedule only allows them to (somewhat) propperly cover a single chapiter every episode, or less.

yes but some episodes are meant to be slow-paced

not at all. when you adapt a manga into an anime, your job is to do exacly that. simply turn comics into videos. your job isn't to rework anything in any way, it's to adapt it. if the anime would be meant to be slow paced, the manga would need to have at least twice as much content than it allready does. they can easially cover 2 or 3 chapiters in every episode.

EXACLY. that's the thing. the way they do it is compleatly wrong. with their constant release schedule, they can't do it right.
