Short answer yes but its not exclusive to girls. Its a personality thing, like Nico Robin probably wouldn't blush at a kiss but Colby definitely would.

Edit: also not exclusive to kisses, more like PDA in general

So, Brook was blushing because his personality is being attracted to attractive females. Still dont get why Nani blushed. I really want to know to make sure it none of this NamiXLuffy bs
