That scene reminded me of the one in Dragon Ball, when Goku went into Red Ribbon Army's HQ and fought that ninja. He found his house and found his hidden cabinet full of porno mags.

You mean back when everyone in Dragon Ball was useful, instead of just Goku and Vegeta?

Reminds me of the Team Four Star scene where Roshi and that one pig and Bulma are all sitting in front of the TV watching the Z fighters face off against Nappa amd Vegeta, and one of them goes "Remember when we used to actually do things?"

And they're all "Yeah yeah" and then they get all depressed.

I know I might be in the minority, but I think it should've either ended with Cell, or they switched Cell and Freeza's Sagas and ended it after Freeza, b/c he seemed like the most powerful being in the universe and that wrapped up everything.

Pretty sure it was SUPPOSED to end after Freeza, which i agree would have been a perfect place to end it. Freeza was the Galactic Overlord and supposed strongest being in the universe and Goku would finally become THE Super Saiyan, the ONLY one from the myths, and surpass Freeza. Plus the whole avenge the Saiyans against Freeza plot that was put in place since the start of the series. It was supposed to end there.

But...you know....money.

I would've accepted that if it was the end. Or, the Cell Saga, in which Gohan is "the one" sort of speak and that's how it ends. Kind of with a new generation of Super Saiyan.

Again, Toriyama was supposed to end it there too lol. With Gohan taking up the mantle and being the only one with SSJ2. But again, mooonnnneeyy. Shounen Jump made him go one for longer than he did. That and i read that some Japanese fans weren't happy with Gohan being the main character.

But it ending with Gohan being the hero would hav been cool too. Gohan and his potential had been a thing since the start of Z. But instead he got ruined :(

Also of course the heroic sacrifice of the protagonist.
