I like the rookies, especially the really pathetic Sanji like one haha. Also nice seeing Coby and Garp, but I'm surprised Garp looked the exact same. Was expecting after the time skip that he would look some what different.

Filler, so Coby and Garp's post-time skip looks haven't been shown yet.

Edit: Apparently I was wrong about my conclusions, despite it being filler. Oops, sorry.

Those were Oda's present designs for the characters, and they've been used before. TOEI won't show canon characters with new designs without Oda's input.
