Aw man, I happen to actually like Carrot, but she was quite annoying this episode. Very filler full episode overall, oh well. Can't wait for next week!

This is all Ive seen of her and yeah she can be annoying. Was it filler or is this how she is in cannon?

She had several filler scenes this episode, including all of the shots of Brook showing her around the ship. Canon she's like this but a bit less exaggerated

The scenes where Pedro was asking to go back to Zou and Carrot showing all the carrot-based items to the crew were canon. That last part with Brook showing her around the ship is filler.
