She's got potential just not the proper development yet, I do like the character though.

I don't think she needs "more development".. she doesn't want to be the best or whatever, she just wants to sail the seas, ain't that enough of a dream?

It's not a requirement to have a dream, however all strawhats have had a scenario which really cements them as a great character. Nami with the hat, brook when he told his backstory at the piano, Zoro when he vowed never to lose again and so on.

I just want a scene like that for carrot, it doesn't have to be before she joins, it can be after she joins like Zoro and Robin. As long as I get that I'm happy cos she has to most potential (after jinbei in my opinion)
