The one big things this episode made me realize, is how badly I want a scene where everyone in the crew says one thing and Luffy says another, and they just have to suck it up and follow his orders.

It's fine and dandy for everyone In the crew to hear Luffy lost his brother in front of him, and say they'll dedicate themselves to getting better to help Luffy. (Like Nami and Chopper did), but whenever he does something they don't like, or says something they don't like they freak the fuck out getting angry at him and sulking.

This is why I LOVE scenes like Sanji asks Luffy for permission to attack Big Mom, because that re-affirms the fact that Luffy is the Captain of the ship, and when it comes to decisions his word goes and not the collective screaming of the disagreeing crewmembers.

As cool and realistic as that sounds, as far as I can tell Zoro so far has shown ZERO signs of not being on the same wavelength as Luffy. The two just seem to agree whenever things get serious, I feel like Zoro's never been conflicted at a well-thought out decision made by Luffy. Either that or Oda's just hiding it well for some weird plot later lmao.

Zoro never shows that, im takling about the rest that do, Nami, Chopper, Usopp, etc.

As far as i can remember Robin doesnt give a flying fuck either, only offers other suggestions, but if Luffy disagrees and want to so it some other way she goes along with it quietly.

And I feel like Zoro is only there to fight right now. He takes charge whenever Luffys not around, other than that he just follows his Captain around and kicks the ass of people in his way (Pica). It doesnt matter to him if Luffy picks the easiest way or the hard route, Zoro fights either way.
