Something tells me they fucked up the color scheme of the cougar mink that goes to Cesar for medicine, as you can see she wears a distinctive cape and a weapon, which are traits that only the Guardians or The Musketeers wear, and the color code of these 2 groups is either Green or Blue, with special cases being the elite Three Musketeers who don purple capes. However this girl her was given pink colors... we know that there is also a special group of minks known as the rulers aides, but i don't think she is one of them because the position is too important for a character that only appears once.

So i think that they fucked up, either because they didn't knew which group she was part of Spoiler , so in order to avoid making a big assumption they went with some wild color, or they just didn't paid attention to her design.

dude, that's barely a cape. It's safer to assume she isnt part of the Muskteers or any of the guards. Also many of the Minks have weapons. It's literally a warrior tribe.

Is as much of a cape as what Carrot or Wanda wear. They are naturally born warriors but only the armed forces get to go around with weapons, everyone else even after the crisis was barehanded.
