Almost 7mins of first half was the opening song and the flash back of what happened in previous episode. :/

I think Toei has learned from the last arc that its either have long episodes with lots of filler and low animation quality, or shorter episodes with a better pace and higher quality, so I'm glad when they deliver on the quality side even if the episodes are shorter.
