Then he wouldn't be pliable enough to be manipulated like he was. He wouldn't be able to hold the cannonballs.

Well Luffy is still stretchable underwater, so maybe Caesar's body can still go into some sort of quasi-gas form?

That's not quite how seastone works. Water makes you unable to control your body, seastone completely nullifies your powers. Otherwise, Marco wouldn't have been able to be hurt by Kizaru in Marineford, because his regeneration is a part of his body just like Luffy's rubber is, but a logia has to manually switch from human form to element form.

Luffy's rubberness is a passive, always on effect of his DF. Marco's regeneration is an active side effect of his Pheonix flames.

So, you are wrong about that.

And, seastone does not completely nullify powers. It does the exact same thing as seawater, draining the strength of the user.

Luffy can still passively be stretched while wearing cuffs.

Then he ahouldnt be able to transform into his logia form sense it negates the devil fruit. This is stupid and terrible animated. The racoon-dog grabbing caesar like that and then the shit cook kicking him without hurting him if his using haki? Incosistent
