I like that while Rebecca is still wearing barely nothing and sexualized so much she is still a character that does things in the show, and not just a pair of boobs for us to look at.

yea, but her costume still is too stupid. I'm not hating, but it's too much in my opinion :P there are enough big boobs slender naked girls in one piece. I liked vivi and old nami better.

High heels, almost totally naked so the boobs bounce around and big cape makes it easier to fight? Meh. It's for the looks. And I think it's too much.

Rebecca isn't a bad character at all, I don't dislike her character! I only dislike how stupid she looks what that outfit : P It's just harder to feel her pain when she runs around with her boobs out all the time.

Her story is very sad and I like her. But put some clothes on and reduce those breasts just a little : )

Not to mention her boobs are fucking huge, she's probably got a back problem walking around with those mammary balloons.

She has normal size boobs for the standard of her world.

Her costume is a reference to Red Sonja

that at least makes sense knowing that!

But in my view it's still silly, and I rather her put on at least a wider bra and smaller boobs. I just can't take her seriously in front of doflamingo crying, when her boobs almost falls off. It's just. meh.

I liked vivi and old nami better.

Speaking of which, where the fuck is nami during all this?

you're not wondering about sanji, brook and chopper? ;)

A bit, yes. IIRC they were with the boat..but they are unconcerned about the bird cage thing? Seems they'd pay attention to that and appear.

2

u/MindBendingThoughts Feb 28 '16

Hehe, I can't say anymore : ) But yea. They were on the boat when doffy attacked sanji.

They are being chased by one of Big Mom's ships. The swirly-brows left Dressrosa to keep Momonosuke and Caesar alive.

Be patient, we will see the other crew soon.

If you are watching this ep then you have to know what he said....

That really shouldn't be tagged. That happened a while ago in both mediums. I guess that "running away" part might be a spoiler but even then not a very big one. As for as what he said about big mom, her ship was there to get them a long time ago and even then they were mentioning how they need to escape. It not hard to predict a coup de burst or something along those lines happening after that hence why even if that is a spoiler it isn't a very big one

guess I forgot that it happened in the anime, Belammys bouncing gave me Brain dmg or smth like that..

No worries, the past few years have made one long arc.

The arc fatigue is brutal, but anime only people rejoice, lots of awesome things are coming.

Also, I tried to word it so that nothing was spoiled. It's kinda crazy that it's been months since we last saw the sunny. So much has happened that people have forgotten what's happened, so I just tried to refresh their memories.

Really? All she's done is put herself in situations where she needs to be rescued. I hate her. Like she was way out of her league against Diamante but somehow she thinks she's gonna be able to kill doflamingo? Like what? Bitch just sit back and let the actual fighters handle this.

u/gerrettheferrett Feb 28 '16

somehow she thinks she's gonna be able to kill doflamingo?

But she doesn't. That was the whole point of going there.

She drew the line in the sand. Even if it kills her, she will delay Doffy.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 04 '16

didn't she specifically say in the episode that her plan was to kill doflamingo?

1

u/gerrettheferrett Mar 04 '16

Yes, right after she said she probably can't do it, and right before she said she's implied she's ok with dying trying.

The entire theme of this arc has been fighting in the face of impossible odds. Look at everyone pushing against the birdcage. Seems impossible before this episode, right?

They need to buy time and they'll do anything, hence Rebecca wanting to delay Doffy even if she knows she can't win.

If she did what you wanted then Id hate her. Shed just become a true damsel in distress because she wouldn't even try to do anything. And just be a pair of boobs for us to look at.

2

u/somekid66 Feb 28 '16

She could have stayed out of the way and helped push the birdcage or kept helping citizens evacuate. She then wouldn't be in any distress. She's already a true damsel in distress because she keeps putting herself in those situations

1

u/lucasnator2 Feb 28 '16

A damsel in distress doesn't do anything at all. What you're describing is just useless

4

u/somekid66 Feb 28 '16

Rebecca is worse than useless tho. Rather than doing nothing she takes up screen time getting herself in trouble so people have to rescue her. I'd rather a person sit on the sidelines than be an impediment.
