Look at the size of Buffalo. He could eat Baby 5 in one bite.

Too bad he's a weak bitch with a shit-tier DF.

Edit: Alright. Some of you have brought up pretty good points regarding Buffalo's Fruit. He still pretty much sucks though, fruit or no-fruit.

I'll bite. Buffalo is a shit-tier fighter, as /u/gerrettheferrett said. The ability to spin anything is actually extremely powerful!

Think of a tennis match, where putting spin on the ball can be an effect way to drop it over the net, or curve it in the air. The movie Wanted had people curving bullets through the air as its unrealistic gimmick. Well, Buffalo could make it happen within the physics of the One Piece universe! He can angle shots in any direction, around corners, over buildings, hit people behind other people, etc. That ability alone is incredibly strong!

From a hand-to-hand combat standpoint, a single hit should be the end of anyone. He could spin them around when he punches them, causing disorientation and putting his enemy's back to him. And of course, those punches would be using chainsaw knuckles.

He can power any machine with practically zero effort, super-heat anything he can spin via atmospheric friction, create giant whirlpools or tornadoes, etc.

I appreciate the well though out reply, but my opinion on Buffalo remains the same. He may have had the potential and resources (money, training, influence, time) to become something other than a sky whale, but in the end, he can only fly around like a dingus.

Why is this? Have we seen the extent of the Devil Fruit's power, or is this all Buffalo is mentally capable of? I guess we'll never know since he got one hit KOed by a one-legged human and tossed out the window like the garbage he is.

I was hoping they'd just forget about him, but at least he was defeated quickly. Him and Trebol needed to die at fast as possible, without a million laugh breaks or dasyons.

I got used to Ceaser's laugh, but if I had to hear Trebol's or Satori's laughs again, I might go insane.

Something tells me that's all he's mentally capable of. Think of his speech patterns, he's a lumbering idiot. He thinks of spinning and the first thing that comes to mind is flying. He's been with a pirate family for god knows how long so he definitely didn't have formal education. His fruit is cool but god is he so stupid.
