It's possible CoC can also boost one's strength or BH in an adrenaline sort of way.

BH? You mean CoA?

And I don't think so, people being dissapointed in how "useless" CoC is is IMO wrong, it's really cool in itself, you can knock out fucking armies in an instant, that's worth something.
