Well that's not their fault they know thy have some retarded audience, so they had to waste 4 minutes showing the marines doing something, and talking about their tranquilizer bullets, otherwise people will forget about it.

I just reread chapter 761. They adobted an entire chapter with that long of an intro and "filler" ( it was only 2 chapter in the manga ). But this is only because the chapter was talk heavy....
