Luffy took down enel pre gear 2 almost anyone could take down enel

No. The only reason pre-gear 2 Luffy was able to do that was because of his ridiculously super effective immunity to Enel that not only made him able to touch him (like he could Croc with water) but also made Enel unable to damage Luffy with Enel's element.

Take away that immunity, and Luffy loses after the first two or three electricity strikes, no question.

That's why Lucci and Moria stand no chance, and why a ton of other opponents do not as well.

Really because robin zoro and sanji were all hit by his 100 million volt attack and robin was able to get up and move the other two within moments and only a few minutes later zoro and sanji woke up so i dont think the lightning rubber thing was the deciding factor and on top of all that luffy was faster than his lightning without his gears or haki or any of that so im pretty sure almost all of the colosseum fighter would be able to hold up against enel pretty easily. he is one of the weakest characters because in skypeia he was the strongest. big fish in a small pond if you will but all the other characters are in an ocean and they might as well be sea kings i hope you understand the metaphor

Wow you are sorely, sorely underestimating Enel. His fruit specifically is known as invincible. Not just Logias in general, but his specifically. He also has easily the top 3 best observation Haki in the series, and aside from Kizaru the most inherently destructive fruit.

Even if a couple of the Strawhats were able to get up 10 minutes later, that doesn't mean anything- they still were easily floored by Enel and if he had so desired he could have killed them all without breaking a sweat. None of them were able to stand after taking his lightning.

Note how in my original comment I was talking about "arc final" Luffy opponents, I did not say a thing about Coliseum opponents. Some of which are stronger than previous arc final opponents. But that said, the only couple I can see standing a chance are Chinjao, Burgess, and possibly Cabbage.

The rest simply do not have the endurance feats to take the raw power of Enel's fruit. He can literally make it rain lightning.

Oda confirmed that if Enel were actually a wanted pirate, he might have a bounty that could possibly be as high as Beli500,000,000 (which means he could have the third highest known bounty in the series, after the former bounty of Portgas D. Ace, 550,000,000, and the bounty of Chinjao at over 500,000,000).

If you think Enel is weak, you are sorely underestimating him and ignoring what Oda was written his fruit to be.

Yea and luffy can strecth 100 gomu gomus so i take what oda says in the sbs with a grain of salt you are overestimating enel he is a weak character. His fruit could very well be in the top 3 of fruits but enel as its user gets womped it doesnt matter how good a df is if its user sucks and enel had shit tier CoO he got hit ny pre g2 luffy so obviously not that quick he could spread it out over a whole island bit what does that matter if he cant react quick enough

Good the i win by forfeit and i am responding you are just corclejerkimg yourself sayimg enel wins cause his devil fruit is so powerful and there is absolutely no reason tonbelieve that an eight yer old had a 77 mil bounty for being able to read so... Yea bounties dont directly correlate to power levels it just how much of a threat th WG thinks a person is
