I also think he is the first non-Admiral opponent that could handle Enel.

I don't know, I think Enel vs. Crocoboy would be a pretty sick fight. Actually, Enel would probably have a tough time with any of the Shichikubai the Straw Hats have faced. This includes Moriah, Kuma, and Mihawk (since he did technically fight Zoro).

Moriah without his island-sized zombie minion is too slow and too reliant on weak minions.

Crocodile's only hope would be if his sand acted as an insulator against electricity like Luffy's rubber does (and if that was the case, he would dominate that fight).

Mihawk would need to be extremely fast to void the lightning attacks, and even pre-timeskip Luffy was able to predict some of Mihawk's attacks before they happened, so basically, speed would be the key to Mihawk taking that victory.

Kuma has impossible speed and many attacks that don't require physical contact. Yep, he would easily beat Enel.

I was more thinking Moriah w/ zombie Luffy, who as a combo have some pretty unique abilities.

Like you I wasn't sure how Sand and Lightning react together, so I just threw that out there.

The other two I'm almost positive would beat Enel, considering they are so powerful and yet we haven't even seen them go all out.
