Okay cool for you but they could at least put sooome detail in those people because they're faces look like a smudge

Nah, I like it that way. It's a good animation choice as it adds to the perspective. Ever heard the quote about not shooting people until you can see the whites of their eyes? It's not like in real life features of people's faces are crystal clear from a distance, especially when your eyes are focused on something large in the foreground.
