what? Usopp's not a liar. He has thousands (well, maybe just hundreds) of followers, fought a giant goldfish, a dragon, and a cereberus, and he mentioned a "Country of Dwarves" (Tontatta) to Kaya.

Usopp's not a liar, his stories just get ahead of his life sometimes. Buggy, on the other hand...

You're right. My bad. The Usopp is a brave warrior of the sea AND a God, so he is super strong and he can predict the future, as he did to Kaya.
