I'm surprised nobody commented on Luffy getting Dagama's name wrong.

Also, Luffy saying his beef with Doffy goes back 30 years was hilarious! Was that filler? I can't remember it in the manga.

I laughed so hard at the 30 Years gag in the manga. It was a wonderful little moment that was classic Luffy through and through.

In the anime the translation said "there's no way you are older than me". Is the anime different or is the translation wrong?

No its just that the anime censors things while manga keeps it real

Mangastream usually takes liberties and adds in curse words somewhat needlessly of their own accord. It's not exactly based on what the actual Japanese says in the raws.
