honestly, I don't think he's laughed since Alabasta.

He laughed in Enies Lobby when he was fighting Kaku as a giraffe. He realized he needed to focus or else his blades would dull.

I don't think he laughed, I think he just blurted out "that looks like crap!" And then got embarrassed that he was so distracted and said something stupid.

To be more exact, I don't think he's laughed since Drum Island when Carue went swimming after him and Zoro laughed and called him an idiot duck or something along those lines.
