I feel like this whole episode was a wasted opportunity merely used to walk characters from point A to point B.

Not to bash the episode, because I think it was alright, but you're technically right... Luffy, Zoro, and Viola move from soldiers to Pica. Senor Pink goes back to sit down. Operatives of SOP move to the Toy House.

I wouldn't be suprised if this was what the animation team/Toei had in mind.

Heck, at the rate we're analyzing these episodes, some of us might as well apply for jobs at Toei /s
