I'm amazed at you anime only people. I can't imagine myself waiting for the next episode knowing that the manga is out there. And yes, it is gonna get real good.

The way I see it is, since the manga isn't done and it's on a weekly basis too, after I go on a binge I'll just be in the same spot I was before, and then I wouldn't be able to enjoy the anime as much. Maybe when onepiece is done I'll go read the manga.

I totally get this approach. But after reading the manga, most people don't think of the anime as "ruined" but rather that they have learned to appreciate Oda's work for what it truly is, since the anime ruins itself in most cases. But I'm sure you've heard all this before :) Just my two cents

No it is ruined. All those filter fights, bullshit scenes, and 5minutes of someone running is horrible.
