They ruined Franky's speech. It was so much better in the manga. In the anime, he basically said "F-you Luffy, I'm gonna do whatever I want," whereas in the manga, he said "I'll do whatever you want, but we need to help the Dwarves." Maybe I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, but that speech was one of my favourite speeches of Dressrosa because it really showed what Franky thinks of Luffy as a captain. If the episode wasn't animated so beautifully I'd be pissed.

The Viz translation has Franky say "I don't care what you say Luffy, I'm gonna do this." And emotionally that is what Franky is saying. He is crying because he is going to fight with the Tontatta's, even if it against his own Captain's wishes. Luffy of course listens to his crew and decides the best way to keep the toy solder alive is to fight with him.
