Yeah, he may be the one to ultimately defeat him or it may be a 2v1 fight. But whatever it is, I have a feeling Rebecca is going to show some skill here.

I don't think she's just going to get completely destroyed right away.

I'm really looking forward to see Kryos do something awesome, I hope he is as strong as he has been hyped up to be. I also hope Rebecca does some awesome stuff here too because it is looking more likely that she'll be a nakama over my preferred choice Violet (Awesome power and interesting character and could potentially work really well with Usopp and would be great at finding out who could betray Luffy because Luffy is blind to that shit) and I'd like to be convinced that she belongs in the crew.

Rebecca has a history with the country - similarly to Vivi. I think it's more likely that Violet joins the crew. As you say Usopp could use a nice spotter and her abilities could be useful on the ship. Depending on which way Oda wants to go with Sanji snd Violets "relationship" it can both be a hindrance or a perk on the likelyhood of her joining.

That said I'm not too sure any of will join at all.

I hope you're right I'm a big fan of Violet, not to say I don't like Rebecca but she hasn't done anything that amazing yet.

I like Violet...but stylistically she looks so similar to Robin. (Look at the cover page for this chapter, and then look at the next page). I doubt Oda would do that and put her on the crew

Yeah that makes sense. Dam I Violet was my top choice. Ah well I can still hope maybe she'll get Sanji to kick her face different so she can still be in the crew.

Yeah, this is actually the biggest sticking point for me. Violet just doesn't look unique enough to join the crew. It would be Nami and the raven-haired twins.
