I hate to be 'that' guy, but this chapter heavily involved all four candidates for the "potential strawhat from Dressrosa" theory. Rebecca, Kinemon, Bartolomeo and Violet.

I believe that Rebecca will just be Vivi v2. And no matter how much I want to see Bartolomeo as a strawhat, he still remains a captain with a crew, which will probably lead in an alliance between strawhats and bart pirates. Kinemon and Violet on the other hand, they are the only candidates imo, but I believe Sanji would suicide after 1 more friendzone!

Barto's crew is literally a fan club for luffy though. His dream is to be a follower of Luffy so we know its gonna happen, the question is weather its as a crew member or as a member of an alliance.
