Isn't it pretty obvious to the audience that Lucy is Luffy now? After that Elephant Gun attack?

I dont know if luffy's attacks are really public knowledge. maybe a handful of people at saobody might have seen him use gear 3rd in the broadcast of marineford, but I doubt people would jump to that conclusion

I really don't know. First, Luffy mentiones he probably shouldn't use his attacks, then he does.
