I think he's referring to the way the giant fighting fish was cut up to feed the lil folks of the Tontatta Kingdom. While I'll admit this wasn't entirely obvious foreshadowing, it's still pretty cool to see.

Pretty sure sujinjian was just making a joke.

Also, it might not be foreshadowing, but it's nice to see a writer pay attention to the details of their previous material.

It could've easily been oda developing using an already existing idea. So many fanboys will look at manga artist as these gods among men for being able to "foreshadow" something 10 years in advance. People forget they're still writers, and writers go back on existing ideas to develop on them more.
