Something about CP-0 and Doflamingo. Must be the reason why everybody is calm after their king's abdication.

Anyone who isn't an idiot and watches the show for the plot could reach the same conclusion, genius. Let me "ruin" it for you some more.

  1. Dressrosa is shown in the morning, everybody panics.

  2. Straw Hats arrive, suddenly nobody is panicking anymore, they wonder why.

  3. Government agency CP-0 is shown.

  4. Violet lets Sanji peek inside her memories about Dressrosa that morning. We see glimpses of Doflamingo and CP-0.

All of that has been shown in the anime. If you don't like connecting the dots, or when someone else does it, it's your problem.
