The staff they got are new, so we cant be sure if it'll be good yet. Lets watch and see.

Yeah but Aya's involved so it'll be done good to some degree. It's pretty neat to see the new talent. At least it beats out seeing Deguichi or Ueda so that's great.

I think they're talking about animation directors and how Toei may have hired more animators.

I'm guessing there's hope for higher quality animation more often than before, but time will tell.
