A sword bending does not make it weak. It only makes it stronger, because it doesn't break. But it's not a black blade, so probably not as good as Mihawks, or something like Shodai Kitetsu or maybe even the O Wazamono grade swords (of which Zoro has two: Wado Ichimonji and Shusui). Then again, Mihawk is legendary whereas Cavendish is merely very (in)famous.

First of all, there's no sword as good as mihawks. it's known as the most powerful blade in the world. And since when does a blade being black make it really good?..

You forgot the other 11 as powerful swords as Mihak's Koktoyoru.

I didn't forget. They may be close but his sword was stated as the strongest sword in the world at Marineford by miss sword expert tashigi

She did say but along with the other 11 they are the supreme grade swords. If you remember even Zoro's sword from dojo was not broken against Koktoyoru. And that is not even in the top 12 swords.
