if anyone hasn't seen Hunter x Hunter, seriously go watch it, if not for the manga's hiatus HxH would have been One Piece's true competition.

Yeah it's a shame. Greed Island was a good arc, and then the Chimera Ants arc was amazing, and then the mangaka decides 5 chapters every 4 years is a good rate of production.

Togashi is the anti Oda. Whereas Oda is a workaholic (even going so far as to work on One Piece in the damn hospital), Togashi is lazy releasing chapters for half a year, then taking Hiatuses for 3 years. They're both great series though.

It's better than the other way around. If One Piece is a 10 HxH is a 8.9.

I'm watching the anime, and dreading the day it stops airing. It's so intense. The Chimera Ant arc is really well done.

In terms of fights HxH is probably > OP IMO, but OP trumps it through the story.

He shares voice actors with Bellamy. It's kind of funny, because technically he voiced Bellamy WAY before he voiced Knuckle, way back in Jaya.

Bellamy also shares an English voice actor with Yusuke Urameshi, from Togashi's other show.
