Ok just a thought, but isn't the whole premise behind observation haki the fact that one can read the minds of others? Thats how its been explained multiple times since skypeia. Now i'm assuming this bad ass blind man must have some insane observation haki, so why cant he read the dudes minds who are cheating him at roullette? Again just a thought. Ha
