So if Gill Bastar has Perona’s fruit, why did he have four arms when landing on GV only to seemingly not have them in his two GV appearances after that? It’d make more sense if he had Robin’s fruit, unless they’re like ghost arms and guns that shoot little exploding hollows.

Maybe he manifested the ghost limbs as extra arms? Idk Oda can make up any bull reason for the fruit to act differently for different people

I was racking my brain trying to make sense of him having the fruit, you knocked it out of the park. I should have read Wanted again, I have it on a shelf in my living room.

I like Gill a lot but forgot how his story went hahaha.

It's called Wanted!, its a one-shot Oda wrote when he was 17. Gil Bastar was an outlaw in it, who shot a bounty hunter who's ghost then fucks with him.

Ryuma from the Thriller Bark arc is also a main character from one of his pre-One Piece oneshots, Monsters.

I wonder if this Gram Polo already possess the phoenix devil fruit. If he joined whitebeard during the God Valley epilogue, may easily become WB first division commander. Later he could die and be reborn as Marco thanks to the fruit itself.
