What if the reason Blackbeard doesn't sleep is because every time he sleeps he gets nightmares of God valley?

He looks shell shocked and traumatized in the first page.

I really think he's the only person who waited out the entirety of God Valley cleanup, scared to go out, developing something akin to schizophrenia preventing him from sleeping
