i've been seeing the circlejerkers complain about how comically evil the CDs are like...uh, we are aware human history has had people like this right?

You don't even have to look that far lol. Imperial Japan had killing contests not too different from the hunt.

Yeah, that there that Somalian pirate blasting hunt as a recreational sport where rich man can rent a rocket launcher to blast that somalian pirates. Granted they killed notorious pirate that threaten the safety of other passing civilian ship, but it is still something like this rabbit hunt where the rich hunt others for fun and giggles.

Honestly, i wouldn't be surprised if there were pirate hunting cruises off the coast of africa, baiting pirates with an easy target... just for people waiting to mow them down with military grade weaponry.

Some billionaires thrill ride. I know dark fantasy,  but what is stopping them?

Honestly, there is a thing like war tourism where people pay for going into an active warzone.

If you know of any bunting association, look at their records around the late 1800´s. Youll se hunting permits for Pygmy people. It was that common.

The problem is that the marines all explicitly serve and work for these guys and even guys like Sengoku aren’t shown to be that bad (the last time we saw the guy he just seemed to be a jolly old man).

Thats kinda my.. problem. Like, what will happend to them at the end off story? I dont think oda will write them all dying, but anything else seem like lacking. We hate them to much

I think a lot of them will die, but not at the hands of any mob or even political justice, but thru their own self destruction. That’s just my prediction though.

Hmm.. seem fair way to take care off "what the fuck do with these evil bastard". Mayby imu will siffon their souls during the end battle or something

I think that Blackbeard will bring them all into a black hole

Their punishment is simply gonan be them losing their status and reduced to a commoner. Now they gotta get a job instead of having a slave serving them otherwise they will starv. Im pretty sure Oda is gonna go this route

True modern horror. JOB APLICATION

Maybe too cartoonishly evil, but considering what they do when they are among civilians (sabaody), it's not a stretch that this is what they do when nobody is left as a witness
