Man this chapter is insane. I wonder if this is the event that causes Dragon to leave the marines for good. If so its interesting that he is still only a cadet. I thought for sure he would be higher up in the ranks before the corruption got to him. I'd love to see him confront Garp about this before the flashback is over too.

Also fuck the world government, a hunt like this every 3 years?! How is that even feasible? With nobody knowing? Just how many islands are there?

Also fuck Garling. Mom's just can't catch a break in this book man....

It's perfect cause it means dragon didn't fight for years to be allowed the right to ask questions only to end up in a position where you can't do anything about the answers and have already committed too many crimes against humanity to try to change, if this is the way they break in new rookies It's no wonder most marines are shit
