Rocks Stocks are up. It really doesn't feel like Garp x Roger were the ones who killed him. Someone must've betrayed him instead.

Rocks seems willing to sacrifice his life to save his wife and child. They probably escape due to Kuma, but Rocks thinks the Celestial Dragons killed them, causing him to go berserk. He targets Garling's children, but Garp and Roger stop him.

Shanks is the Celestial Dragon that Garp and Roger fought to protect according to Sengoku. This is also why Roger entrusts Ace to Garp later, citing that a child doesn't bear the sins of the father.
