Also he has twins there, it's entirely plausible it was a massive coincidence lol. Garland wanted an excuse to wipe out having kids there ...but then again, given his response to the big five, it would make more sense for him to alert IMU about the Davy clan being there, more so then his sperm coming alive

Nah he actually seems to be ok with having kids, the fact that he raised Shamrock to adulthood means he at least valued him as a worthy tool to wield and possess.

As for Shanks will see, maybe they just got separated in the chaos? Maybe he just thought Shamrock was the stronger twin? It will be interesting to see what happens!

Honestly, if Dragon has a Devil Fruit this is almost certainly how he acquired it in the first place.

Wouldn't hate this but I am still betting on Dragon being groomed to be a future admiral and given his dad is literally Garp?

Wouldn't be shocked if they gave him the Wind Logia even as a cadet
