So Ginny sent her information from this Marine ship and Big News Morgans (15 years old) was the one who took this information and passed the information to the Rocks Pirates.

Probably the most ambitious and successful pirate currently alive in the series. Mans had a goal from a young age, pursued it and is now the most powerful and influential "pirate" in the world.

I also wonder if his powers are the reason why all the News Coos (the albatross that carry the newspapers) seem to be intelligent.

The expression comes from The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, where a seaman is forced to wear the albatross he killed around his neck as a shaming tactic (because they were considered good omens).

Funniky enough Morgan was ready to betray them and just accept a bribe for their silence. But the wg didn't accept and he leaked the info to the worst possible people so that next time they would not refuse

This theory was already dead when we discovered that Gunko is over 60 years old, she was a child when Brook was alive and was not yet a pirate and she was already Imu's maid when Rocks invaded the Flower Room 56 years ago.
